Sirene Bitter Canto Amaro is a handcrafted Italian herbal liqueur born from Lake Garda's legendary Baia delle Sirene. Created by Elisa Carta using her family's time-honored recipes, this amaro celebrates the region's rich botanical heritage.
Each bottle features a carefully curated blend of locally sourced organic botanicals: Lake Garda lemons, thistle, rose berries, sweet and bitter orange, kina, cinnamon, and timut pepper. Every ingredient is infused individually, then expertly blended and rested in small oak casks to develop its complex character.
The result is a medium-bodied bitter with bright citrus notes balanced by warm spice. Timut pepper and ginger provide a distinctive peppery finish, while vanilla adds subtle sweetness. No artificial flavoring or coloring—just pure, natural craftsmanship in every sip.
