Siete Leguas Añejo is crafted at two legendary Jalisco distilleries using time-honored methods. At El Centenario, a traditional tahona—a massive millstone pulled by mules—crushes the agave. At La Vencedora, an old-fashioned molino roller mill handles the work. The combined juices are double-distilled in copper stills and filtered to pristine clarity.
Twenty-four months of aging in white oak barrels transforms this tequila into liquid gold. The palate reveals slowly roasted agave, caramel sweetness, and bright high-toned fruit notes—a rich, developed character that evokes sun-soaked days and carefree moments.
