Severo Añejo Cristalino is an ultra-premium handcrafted sipping tequila from Casa Don Roberto, one of Mexico's oldest and most esteemed tequila-producing families. Founded in 1924, this heritage distillery follows a 100-year-old recipe perfected by master distiller Estella Anguiano, one of the first female tequila distillers in Jalisco.
Aged 18 months in American white oak barrels and charcoal-filtered twice, Severo delivers a precise and bright profile. Aromatic notes of sugared, baked white fruits—pears and apples—mingle with subtle cocoa flower. The palate reveals rich texture layered with pepper and star anise complexity.
