Mistral Bianco Vermouth from Macchia draws its name from the fierce north-westerly wind that sweeps through Sardinia each spring. Crafted from Vermentino and Moscato wines sourced from Olbia, this white vermouth showcases 18 individually infused botanicals including myrtle leaves, flowers and berries, the distinctive local citrus Pompia, elderflower, chamomile, helichrysum, licorice, mint, juniper berry, orange, and lemon. At 18% ABV with a restrained 160 grams per liter of cane sugar—lower than most white and red vermouths on the market—Mistral Bianco delivers a refined balance of herbal complexity and subtle sweetness.
