Guerra Seca Sotol honors ancestral tradition through meticulous craftsmanship. Mature sotol plants are hand-selected and harvested with an ax, then slow-cooked underground before distillation in a copper alembic with a mood bottom. Every step—from harvesting to labeling—is executed by hand. Citrus, floral and mineral aromatic notes with hints of almond, black pepper, tobacco and cinnamon. On the palate, dusty, spacy and smoky, transitioning to cinnamon, woody and tobacco flavors. Finishes with fresh, floral and mint notes.
