Pink grapefruit peels are macerated in French white wine vinegar and blended with fresh lemon juice, then enhanced with apple extract and black carrot concentrate for vibrant color. Sweetened with sugar beet sugar for a refined finish.
The nose opens with grapefruit oil and broiled grapefruit notes touched by brûléed sugar. On the palate, expect a soft, full mouthfeel delivering fresh grapefruit juice with a bright hint of pith on the finish.
