Crafted from Golden Promise Malted Barley—a historic Scottish varietal that fell out of fashion in the late 1970s and early 1980s—this whisky honors the legacy of the world's greatest Scotch producers.
Aged in a dynamic blend of new and used American, French, and Hungarian oak, each cask develops its own distinctive character and complexity. The nose opens with inviting hints of toffee and overripe fruits. On the palate, layers of toasted malt and honey unfold into mellow notes of baked pears and apples, finishing long with warming spice—cinnamon and cloves.
