Shipping policy

PLEASE NOTE: ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY (21+). All sales are final - no returns or exchanges.

PO Boxes, Military Bases, Postal/Shipping locations such as FedEx/UPS/Walgreens etc. are not valid for shipments.

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1-2 Business days to process your order. Expect an email within 1 hour to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders placed during the weekend will be proceesed till next businessy day.

STORE PICKUP - The Bottle House - 3012 Grape St, San Diego, CA 92102

Orders can be picked up daily, from 8:30am - 9:30pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@thebottlehousesd.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

To ensure your order is protected and eligible for a refund in case of damaged products, Shipping Insurance must be included. If Shipping Insurance is not added to your order, we will be unable to process any claims for damages.

To avoid this situation, please make sure to add Shipping Insurance to your order.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
