Refund policy
All sales are final—no returns or exchanges. If you cancel your order more than 2 hours after placing it, a fee of 5% of the total order amount will apply. To avoid this cancellation fee, please provide notice before 2 hours have passed since placing your order.
Delivery Attempts and Reshipment: Carriers may make up to three attempts to deliver the product with an adult signature. Number of carrier attempts may vary.
If returned due to address issues (invalid or incorrect), security gates, or unsuccessful delivery attempts where an adult 21+ signature is required, there is a fee to have the order reshipped. We do not offer refunds on returned orders.
Missing or Damaged Items: If you receive a missing or damaged item, please provide photos that include the item(s), packaging, and the invoice. Issues must be reported within 10 days of delivery.
To ensure your order is protected and eligible for a refund in case of damaged products, Shipping Insurance must be included. If Shipping Insurance is not added to your order, we will be unable to process any claims for damages.
To avoid this situation, please make sure to add Shipping Insurance to your order.
A replacement will be offered based on availability, or a refund will be issued for missing or damaged items. Unless specified as a Limited Edition sale, cosmetic damages to boxes or labels may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
For undelivered or damaged packages, customers must report non-delivery within 15 days of the shipping date. After 15 days, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
Photos are required to process any claims of damage or leaks. Please contact info@thebottlehousesd.com to file a claim.
