Woodinville Bourbon Whiskey is a truly small-batch spirit crafted from traditionally grown corn, rye, and malted barley cultivated exclusively on the Omlin Family farm in Quincy, Washington. Mashed and distilled at our Woodinville distillery, each batch is barreled and aged in our private barrel houses east of the Cascade Mountains, where extreme temperature swings naturally extract rich oak flavors.
Our barrel wood undergoes eighteen months of open-air seasoning before being slowly toasted and heavily charred, softening harsh tannins while deepening desirable wood characteristics. The result is a hand-crafted bourbon with aromas of crème brûlée and warm spice, complemented by notes of rich caramel, dark chocolate, and vanilla bean on the palate. Finishes sweet and lingering.
