Corte Vetusto Mesquite Smoked Tobala is a Double Gold award winner at the International Spirits Challenge 2020. Crafted from 100% wild Tobala agave, this joven mezcal is cooked in a traditional conical earthen oven and milled using a volcanic stone tahona. Natural fermentation is followed by a distinctive two-stage distillation: first in a 250L copper still, then in an ancestral 70L clay pot still, distilled to proof. Small batch production of 450–600L ensures quality and authenticity in every bottle.
