This 700ml expression draws its character from locally harvested herbs—gentian and gentianella prominent among them—combined with bitter botanicals including rhubarb root. The production method reflects meticulous attention: alpine herbs are hand-picked in August, dried, then steeped in pure alcohol alongside complementary botanicals for approximately one month. Partial re-distillation intensifies flavor persistence and clarifies the final color.
